Orders and Payment
First, place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button, usually to the right of the product image. Then, whenever you’re done shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you’re a registered customer, check out is super easy. If you’re not (and you don’t have to be), it’s still easy but you might want to consider registering to make check out even smoother the next time you shop at Kura Kura. Just to be sure, you should first contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org for quick and reliable assistance. They can let you know if your order has been submitted successfully or not. And if it hasn’t, they can place the order on your behalf.
To track your order please follow the Track Your Order link situated top of screen or here and enter your Order ID in the box below and press return. This Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you received.
We make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your payment reflecting in our bank account. Custom orders may take longer to process. You can ask our Customer Service Department at email@example.com for shipping details when you place your order.
If you didn’t get an order confirmation number after clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, your order may not have been processed properly. Please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our representatives will be happy to assist.

For the time being we only accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Our banking details will be displayed on our “Check Out” page and on your order confirmation email.
Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately, we currently ship only within the South African border as a standard. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our representatives will be happy to arrange international shipping.
We offer counter to counter shipping through the South African Postal Office. Please see our Shipping Policy .
We strive to get your Item(s) to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your payment reflecting in our bank account. Custom orders may take longer to process. The cost for shipping will be indicted on Check Out. We do not offer express shipping at this time. We use the South African Postal Office ground shipping for all orders in South Africa. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
Please email us a photo of the item you would like to exchange or return, along with a brief description of the purpose of exchange.

All exchanges must be approved. Also please use your Order ID as subject.
Item(s) may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Item(s) are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product has been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 working days after delivery. If the Item(s) are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery. If the Item(s) have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you post it back to us, dependent on your original order’s shipping method. Should you need to post the Item(s) to us please only send it to our postal address (available under Contact Us). If you are returning Item(s) via courier or post office please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return. Please note unfortunately no monies will be refunded, you will receive a KuraKura voucher for the said Item(s) amount.
